This spot was recommended by many locals and we had to try it. So, after visiting a nearby lavender farm, we headed to Black Creek. We were immediately seated for a party of seven for lunch. Service was impeccable! Ordered a couple of appetizers and some margaritas to start. The house margarita was top shelf quality—would definitely recommend. The burgers were cooked to order and perfectly seared. Many options on the menu from salads and sandwiches to larger dishes like shrimp scampi. Will definitely go back to try more items and cocktails on the menu. Only recommendation is to improve the indoor temperature. It was very warm in the dining area. Ainsley was a great server!

The food here was absolutely great. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I definitely recommend dining here. Nice gem service was great. We dinned on a Tuesday evening, it was very relaxed, not crowded. Had music playing not loud, you can still have a conversation. Service was great. Our server was very attentive to us. I will say it was a little warm inside A/C may not have been working 100% but still comfortable. Food can't say enough. I had the Pepper Steak. Fantastic!!! Little spicy with the fresh jalapenos stuffed inside but would definitely order that again. It was a large chopped steak patty. Shrimp scampi came with 5 large shrimp and was cooked great. Had lots of wine sauce. Recommend asking for some garlic toast with it. If you are in the area again, it would be worth the stop or even the drive to enjoy great food served here. Amazing service, great food, and even better company. Had the best food I've ever had in Texas at a restaurant. Clint, Dakota, and even Michael made us feel welcomed. Dakota definitely cooks with love and passion. I highly recommend trying this Bar & Grill

The food here was awesome. We stopped on our way to San Antonio for the day. The western burger was tastey and large, according to my husband. The cuban melt was fantastic. We each had plenty left for lunch the next day. The staff are friendly and informative. They have live music on the weekend. I highly recommend giving them a try if the area.

This was our first time eating here. We were celebrating our 53 years anniversary. We’re glad that we chose to eat there. The food was excellent the service outstanding. Scarlett our waitress went above and beyond on her service. She was so pleasant. 3 of the employees came to our table to congratulate us on celebrating our anniversary. My wife had the Parmesan crusted flounder and I had the chicken tenders. Good portions of food. Dessert was on the house chocolate swirl cheesecake.

There was a group of us in the Divine area, and one person suggested getting some lunch at Black Creek Bar and Grill. OMG, what a great idea ! We entered, were greeted, and quickly seated. We were advised it was 5 Margarita Mondays, so a few in our party decided on Margaritas, and the rest of us settled on a Shiner Bock bottle beer. The server was very attentive towards us throughout our stay in the restaurant and was able to answer all our questions. She was very cordial and professional, and we gave her our orders. The orders were prepared and quickly brought out to us when they were ready. I'm guessing it was probably a 10-minute wait, at the most. Our order was comprised of: 1. two in our group split a grilled turkey sandwich with fries, and each had a cup of tomato soup 2. one in our group got a pulled pork wrap with fries on the side. 3. I ended up getting the homemade chicken fingers with onion rings on the side. Overall, we had a great visit. The place does have outside seating and a music venue. If I am in the area, I WILL definitely be back ! I do hope that if you decide to visit that your experience is as good as mine.

According to my roomie “an excellent burger, one of the best I’ve had”. I found the fried chicken wrap to be lacking in flavor, but the fries were really tasty. Won’t knock off stars for the wrap as the service was great, the beer was cold and everything was priced well. We plan on returning. Thanks to Doe-re-mi Lavender for the recommendation.
